How many times this happens is dependent on personal fitness levels.

Everyone, regardless of their own fitness, can gauge what a level ten is, therefore can also relate to all the other levels of exertion within the scale. By exercising at the very limit of a person’s ability, the process of fat burning is sped up considerably.
