The company is primarily led by CEO Ed Ayala, who has over 18 years of proven network marketing experience and leadership. Together these two have assembled quite the experienced and talented leadership team. Bellamora is obviously trying carve out a share of the over $300 billion skin care and anti-aging industry. Indeed over 90 million Americans purchased anti-aging products or procedures in 2009. The best way to carve out a chunk of this industry is with something new, something the other companies in the industry don’t have access to; which brings us to the patented Bellamora skin care and burn cream formulation.

Bellamora has incorporated this formula into a variety of high quality skin care products, including skin cleansers, anti-oxidant rich toners, skin renewal exfoliants, moisturizers, collagen creams, and advanced skin peelers. But what sets Bellamora products apart from its competitors is the transdermal effect of the Bellamora formula, that allows the cream to penetrate several layers of skin, eliminate pain and even heal severely burned skin. Because of this, elements like collagen, multi-vitamins, anti-oxidants and moisturizers can be transported deep into multi-layers of the skin. Bellamora also provides its distributors with free business opportunity leads. This company is very invested in ensuring the success of its distributors, which should inevitably lead to the success of the company. It also helps that the compensation plan is very distributor friendly as well. This compensation plan was developed by Rod Cook who has over 40 years experience in the network marketing industry. This plan supposedly has the highest cash flow potential in the industry. Like most new companies, Bellamora has a binary structured compensation plan, but they claim that theirs has infinite width and infinite depth. There are seven ways to be compensated, including fast start bonuses, retail and preferred customer commissions, long term residuals, and leadership bonuses.

To summarize, Bellamora has a great product, great leadership, and a great opportunity. And like every other network marketing company, nobody makes money until the product moves and the real money is in recruiting and building an organization. Also in order to achieve success YOU will have to Network and YOU will have to Market. Bellamora provides a lot of advantages but YOU still have to make it happen. You will have to work hard, but more importantly you have to work smart.

One way to work smart is to leverage the power of internet. The internet is the quickest way to get a marketing message in front of millions around the world. You may also want to take advantage of an automated marketing system to attract potential customers and distributors to your business effortlessly. But don’t forget to network either, not only with your family and friends, what we call your ‘warm market’, but also with people who have done what your want to do, leaders in your company, and leaders in the industry. But most importantly, remember the only sure way to fail in this business and any other, is to quit. So don’t quit! Bellamora is still young, but it appears the company is set up to work just fine. Actually Organo Gold has a number of other products besides coffee. I’m talking about tea, hot chocolate, and skin care products to name a few. What they all have in common is that they all incorporate ganoderma lucidum. Ganoderma, also known as reishi or ling zhi, is a mushroom that has been cultivated in China for over 4,000 years. This mushroom, also called the King of Herbs in China, has been used primarily for many medicinal purposes. This mushroom has been said to relieve fatigue, reduce cholesterol and high blood pressure, increase stamina, and boost the immune system. It has even been said to reduce cancerous tumors and slow their growth! Now, Organo Gold reps will tell you that they make no medical claims about their products, but do recognize from many testimonials a high amount of “coincidental” cases of people whose health improve after using their products. Unfortunately, I have not had a chance to sample the product, so I cannot speak to the taste or any health benefits that I experienced. But so far, I have heard no one say anything bad about the product.

Nor have I heard anybody say anything bad about the opportunity. I’ve seen a couple of videos from some Organo Gold events or functions, and in them I’ve seen a lot of fired up distributors. That usually tells me that people are making money, lots of money.
There is a lot of emphasis on life-style in the videos and the top distributors obviously enjoy all the trappings of wealth. The top distributor in Organo Gold makes over $4 million! And there are at least four others, including former Denver Broncos receiver Rod Smith,
who are making close to $1 million a year. The compensation plan is solid. There are seven ways to get compensated, including a robust binary plan for long-term residuals, and fast start bonuses on start-up packs or first orders to put money in your pocket quickly.

I honestly don’t know much about how new distributors are trained and spun up to speed. But I can tell you that Organo Gold has some pretty impressive leaders. Of course, it all starts with founder and CEO Bernard Chua and his vision for the company and his advocacy for
the use of ganoderma. And there are the top distributors and leaders like Taurea Avant. I had the good fortune to attend trainings Taurea hosted about a year ago when she was making over six figures a year in a different company, one that I’m still involved with. Not only did
Taurea do product specific trainings, but she taught mindset, personal development, internet marketing, network marketing, and there was some specific technical trainings too, like blogging, video marketing, search engine optimization, etc. I learned quite a lot from her.

Now I could write a book about Taurea, but I will try to keep this brief.
There are two things I think it important that you know about her. Number One, about six months ago, Taurea walked away from that company I mentioned earlier and that six-figure income to join Organo Gold. That should tell you a lot about Organo Gold.
Number Two, every since she left that company she has called me, or emailed me, or IM’ed me at least once a month to see how I was doing with the things she taught me and to see if she could be of any further help to me. She has never asked me for so much as a dime for her help, and she has never tried to get me to buy some GURU product. She hasn’t even asked me to join Organo Gold.
She does tell me what she’s doing, especially if she’s doing some new trainings. She is one of those rare people who reaches back to help someone else score instead of dancing in the end-zone. So if you’re

But it is still important that you learn how to market so that you can put the opportunity in front of as many people as possible. It is also important to learn how to leverage systems so that you can automate many of the tasks associated with marketing.
So the question is not whether Organo Gold works. Trust me, it does. The question is will YOU work? Are you willing to work hard? Are you willing to work smart? If you will do both, Organo Gold is definitely a vehicle that can get you where you want to go.

Asea claims to be a category creator, that is they have done something that has not been done before. Their representatives are quick to state that they are not a juice company, although their flagship product is a liquid nutritional product. A liquid nutritional supplement whose consumers claim make them feel better, healthier, more energetic, more youthful, etc. But their liquid product is not a juice, and not a vitamin. So what is it?

Asea’s claim to fame a patented scientific technology called redox signaling. Asea is only producer of this technology in the market. The redox signaling molecules in every bottle of the product are said to efficiently protect, repair, and replace the cells in your body. It does this by activating the anti-oxidants in the body courtesy of the reactive molecules found in only one source external to the human body, that is in the Asea liquid nutritional supplement. These reactive molecules are fundamental to the natural healing process of the cells, the slowing of the aging process, and is also said significantly improve athletic performance. This is primarily done by lowering the average heart rate and increasing endurance during exercise.

When it comes to the people, you have to start with Asea’s founders Verdis Norton and James Pack. Unlike most MLM founders, these guys had a proprietary product before they had a company. Mr. Norton first learned about the redox signaling technology that had been researched and tested for 16 years previously. When he shared this knowledge with Mr. Pack, he found a willing and able partner and they quickly acquired the rights to the technology. It was later that they decided to market the technology through a network marketing venture and Asea was born. Today there are thousands of excited, enthusiastic advocates, or distributors of Asea including a good friend of mine named Peter Radu.

These advocates are not only excited about the product, but the opportunity and pay plan as well. Asea has seven ways to compensate their sales force. They pay weekly so the advocates don’t have to wait long for their pay. There are instant retail profits, and a number of bonuses, including matching pay bonuses where distributors get matching pay on whatever pay their direct enrollees earn. The residual income structure is binary, so every advocate has two teams. Like most binary companies, you get residual pay on your weakest leg, which is the only drawback, but Asea makes up for it with other bonuses.

But the key to making money with Asea and most other companies lies in having the ability to build a team that continues to grow, not only in size, but in terms of business maturity and effectiveness. Having great leadership is key to growth. The friend I mentioned earlier, Peter Radu, is such a leader. If you are looking for someone that is willing to roll up his sleeves, lock arms with you, and help get your business off to a fast start, Peter is your guy. Peter has a huge heart for people and is one of those proven guys who has “fruit on the tree”. Another key to growth is having a system in place that’s is easy to set up and follow. A system that could automatically market your opportunity, capture prospects information, and follow-up with your prospects over a period of time. It would be even better if this

Can Monitium live up to all of the hype surrounding it, or can they even just fulfill the claims in its own advertising? Monitium is a recent addition to the network marketing industry. However, they don’t consider themselves a MLM company, but rather see themselves as a platform. They claim that what they are doing hasn’t been done before,
but with my limited knowledge they remind me of the downline clubs of old. Granted they offer quite a bit more than those downline clubs. But I’m getting ahead of myself.

The Monitium Success System is supposed to be the answer to the age-old network marketing problem of downline retention. By now, everyone has heard that the failure
rate in MLM is somewhere around 97%. Because so many are failing in these traditional MLM companies, if they stay in the industry a lot of them are constantly on the move looking for the company with all the right stuff. Monitium addresses this problem in a number of ways.

First, by allowing you to build one last downline that you can take intact with you into a number of companies that Monitium has established relationships with. Members can join or not join each opportunity as the see fit. And regardless of the compensation plan structures in the other companies, your group will maintain the same binary structure in Monitium. Monitium says that they will protect the interests of their members with these companies. I’m not sure exactly how that will work. Monitium also recognizes that it is not necessarily problems with MLM companies that causes network marketers to fail.

In most cases, networkers either do not give the opportunity a chance to succeed before bolting to the Next Big Thing, or they are simply not equipped with the knowledge and tools needed become successful in the MLM industry. So Monitium offers an impressive array of tools that you can use to brand yourself and market yourself and your business. The Monitium Success System is composed of tools like video email, web conferencing software, free 1-800 phone numbers, a CRM solution based Contact Management System, website tracking analytics, sales funnels, landing pages, replicated
marketing tools, autoresponders, and more.

In addition, Monitium provides you with the personal development and marketing training that is designed to equip you for success. Monitium has an Online Video University that allows members to learn at their leisure. They also offer pay-per-view training, but I honestly do not understand how that works, since I am not a member. All training is said to be
presented by top leaders and earners in the network marketing industry.

Monitium claims that their system is equally as good for your MLM leaders or experienced marketers as it is for the newbies. I don’t know how true that is, but I can see how it
would be appealing to marketers of all levels. This is especially true if keeping a group intact is a primary motivator. The tools and training provided will free up the leaders to do income producing activities instead of hand holding. The benefits of the tools and training to the newbies are obvious.

Monitium also claim that companies are lining up to work with them. I can see the benefit to the MLM companies of having groups of the distributors join en masse, but I don’t know what the companies have to give up in order to enter the fold. But think about it, you have a group of distributors joining your company together that will stick and stay with their group in your company instead of quitting after a couple of months like most distributors do. If I ran one of those companies, I think I would be willing to make some concessions.

The only other question I have about Monitium is will it last? We all will have to wait see what the answer to that question is. But from the outside looking in, Monitium looks like a win-win for everyone involved.

Instead of “selling”, Rastelli Direct Independent Business Partners (IBP) are encouraged to “share” the products and opportunities with others in this “Earn While You Eat” program.

Rastelli also gives would-be distributors an opportunity to build a viable and profitable business, marketing superior food at competitive prices. In addition to enjoying 5-star restaurant quality foods in their own homes, Rastelli IBPs are able to earn immediate 20% commissions on all retail orders. As an IBP, you can also earn 20% Quick Start bonuses on the first orders of any IBPs that you enroll. All subsequent orders and sales by those IBPs will result in 2-5% residual commissions for as long as those IBPs stay in the business. There are several ways to be compensated as well. I would suggest that you take a good look at the compensation plan. I think you will be very pleased with what you see.

If there is a downside to this business, it is a common weakness shared by many network marketing companies, and that is a lack of training in how to generate leads and recruit new IBPs. This weakness can be mitigated by hooking up with a strong team within Rastelli or by acquiring a third-party marketing system to help provide a constant flow of leads for your business. Learning how to effectively market on the internet will greatly enhance your chances of having resounding success with Rastelli Direct.

But the focus of this article will be on online methods and strategies. The goal of both strategies are the same, to create leverage so that your marketing system is working 24/7, whether you are or not.

Nowadays it just makes perfect sense to leverage the power of the internet to expose your product or service to the masses. But thanks to spam filters, pop-up blockers, and manual screening processes, getting your message to your target audience can be difficult at times. But what if you can get the people you are looking for to come to you? That is where the automated attraction marketing systems comes in.

An automated attraction marketing system on the internet can simultaneously do the following for you and your business:

* Generate Leads
* Personally brand you as an expert
* Create cash flow to fund your business
* Make recruiting and selling easy as pie
* And more.

Each of these activities work together to support each other, and in some cases make the other possible. They all share a common purpose, and that is to get the prospect to know, like, and ultimately trust you. This series of letters will go a long ways toward creating rapport and branding you as an expert.

The series of letters from your autoresponder should provide value to your prospects and brand you as an authority figure. These letters can be in the form of internet marketing training, product evaluation or training, personal development, etc. This is a good way to showcase your knowledge of your niche and position you as an expert on the subject. Your autoresponder can also offer to solve a problem your prospect is having or address a need by way of an inexpensive product or training. This is an excellent way to progressively build more trust and create cash flow to fund your business.

This way of creating cash flow is also known as a funded proposal. You can then use these funds to pay for your tools, systems, and more marketing and advertising. The products are usually affiliate programs, where you have an affiliate relationship with the product vendor. The commissions on the sale of these affiliate programs are usually between 20% and 50%. Some attraction marketing systems come with a ready package of affiliate programs all related to the niche at hand. This situation will produce multiple streams of income for you, over and above what you make with your primary opportunity.
Indeed, since most prospects will never join your primary opportunity anyway, this a way you can get money from these people even if they say no to your opportunity.

But if they appreciate the value and training you are providing them, and they are satisfied with the affiliate programs that you recommend to handle their problems, then recruiting them into your primary opportunity is now a whole lot easier. Because by this time, you have a relationship. They see you as an authority figure or an expert in the niche. Your advice is trusted. So when you suggest that they follow you or work directly with you, they will be much more likely to do so. There is also a good possibly that they will refer their friends and acquaintances to you as well.

An automated attraction marketing system will do all of these things for you automatically, leaving you free to focus on other things. Like talking to people who have already expressed an interest in your product or opportunity. That’s a lot better than trying to convince complete strangers that they need what you have to offer, whether they need it or not.

The four steps of this strategy are:

1. Original content (article) creation
2. Social Bookmarking
3. Video Promotion
4. Article Promotion

But before we detail these steps, we will discuss the principles that drive organic search engine traffic.
The first principle is Originality. You should produce unique original content on your own.
The next principle is Relevancy. That is, your content should be relevant to what the user is searching for.
Next up is Link Popularity. Simply put, the search engines will look at how many web sites link to your content to determine how popular your content is.
The final principle is probably the most important, and that is consistent daily action.
When used properly, all four of these together will generate a significant amount of buzz for your content, making your content rank pretty high in the search engines.

Original Content Creation
In this first step, we are talking about writing a 400-750 word article, roughly a couple of paragraphs, on a subject of your choosing. Preferably, you will choose to write something that others will find helpful. You can review opportunities, companies, or products. Or you can provide information on techniques, tips, or strategies. Basically you want to provide valuable information to your target audience. The best place to put your article when you are done is on your blog, preferably a self-hosted WordPress blog.

Social Bookmarking
This second step is where you can start building back links to your content on your blog. You do this by submitting your content to around 30 social bookmarking sites using the free OnlyWire utility. These are popular sites like Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Digg, Delicious, MySpace, Reddit, etc. If you have a blog, you can install the Onlywire submitter on your blog, sign up for all of the social bookmarking sites, and with the push of one button, bookmark your content on these 30 or so sites creating an instant 30 back links to your content.

Video Promotion
Due to the enormous popularity of video and sites like YouTube, using video to promote the article you created in Step 1 will create a tsunami of traffic to your content. The video doesn’t have to be any longer than 30 seconds of you telling people why they should read your article. You can then use tools like Traffic Geyser or Tube Mogul to upload your video to various video directories. Traffic Geyser posts your content in about 70 video libraries and blogs, and you can even create podcasts as well. Tube Mogul is free, but does not submit to nearly as many libraries.

Article Promotion
You can create an additional 200-300 backlinks to your content by doing article promotion. This is done by submitting the article to hundreds of article directories by using a tool like the Automatic Article Submitter. This particular tool will allow you to automatically create and confirm accounts on all of the article directories, choose your categories, and establish different pen names, as well as submit your article to several hundred sites with the push of one button. It does many other things that we don’t have time to discuss right now.

Obviously, there are more details associated with these steps than could be presented here. The Trump Network itself is not exactly a new company. Donald Trump acquired Ideal Health in August 2009 and brought it into the Trump empire. Ideal Health was founded in Porstmouth, New Hampshire in 1997. Like most of the network marketing companies around these days, the main focus of the Trump Network is nutritional supplements. The signature product is the Custom Essentials line of nutritional supplements, which are based on the results of the revolutionary PrivaTest. The PrivaTest is a home testing kit that supposedly tells you exactly which nutritional supplements your body needs, so that you can customize the Custom Essentials package to deliver the nutrition that you need. The other two major products are a weight-loss system called Silhouette Solution and a line of dissolvable natural energy stimulants called QuikStik.

There are other products as well including a line of cosmetics called Bioce Cosmeceuticals and a line of snacks for children called Snazzle Snaxxs. But the main thrusts of the company are nutritional supplements, weight loss products and energy drinks. These three are all highly profitable markets. The products are all said to be high quality. And the PrivaTest/Custom Essentials line offers a Unique Selling Proposition that distinguishes it from most other MLM/Network Marketing companies. The product line appears to be a winner, but what about the business opportunity?

The business opportunity is solid. I find the compensation plan to be comparable to many others in the industry. If you enter the business with the starter package, you receive a fast start bonus for every new member you bring into the network. If you enroll five members, you will have earned back all of your initial investment. However, statistics show that the average networker only sponsors 2.7 people in their entire lifetime, so personally enrolling five people may be difficult for some. But if you’re dilligent and willing to learn the trade of network marketing, sponsoring five and more is definitely doable.

I admit that having the Trump name associated with an opportunity is a definite asset. I hear the Donald on the radio every day advertising The Trump Network. However, the Donald will not be building your business for you. You won’t make any money unless you can retail the product and recruit new members. You will need to market the business yourself. While you’re at it, you should also market and brand yourself. You will need to distinguish yourself from your competition, by positioning yourself so that when people look to join The Trump Network or purchase the product, they will look to do business with you. Remember, people don’t join a company, they join you.

The Trump Network is a solid company with great products and an excellent business opportunity. But how well it will work for you will depend entirely on you, your ability and your efforts. It will definitely work for you if you consistently work hard, market effectively and don’t quit.

That being said, you’ve probably guessed that I’m a fan. And you would be right. I have dabbled in network marketing/MLM for a good part of the last 20 years and reading Magnetic Sponsoring literally changed my life by changing the way I looked at this industry and went about marketing. I was a strong adherent of the traditional marketing philosophy, you know make a list of everyone you know, or tell everyone who comes within 3 feet of you about your business, buy leads and spend hours on the phone cold calling these leads to pitch them the business, etc. Basically chasing people till everyone I know headed the other way if they saw
me coming or were always just a tad too busy to take my calls.

Now for much of the last few years, I kind of pooh-poohed any ads I saw for these gurus who would teach me how to market. I mean, “hey, I was doing this before there was an internet and while this guru was still in grade school!” But when I saw Mike Dillard’s ad about having the prospects chase me, credit card in hand, instead of me chasing them. Well that got my attention. Because I was truly tired of chasing, and even more tired of rejection. To make a long story short, I decided to take the plunge and plunked down $39 for the book.

Today I consider that $39 probably the best investment I’ve ever made. Magnetic Sponsoring introduced me to Attraction Marketing, which began to teach me how to position myself to attract people who are looking for what I have to offer. Mike Dillard also introduced me to the concept of the self-funded proposal, which would heretofore fund my advertising efforts. Most importantly, Magnetic Sponsoring taught me to market myself, as opposed to any company or product. This course taught me how to position and present myself as an expert, as a person of value, a person who could help solve the problems of others.

Like any other book or course, Magnetic Sponsoring will not work if you don’t work it. This course is not a silver bullet. If it’s to be, it’s still up to me (or you). The book is less than 100 pages, so Dillard does not go into a ton of detail about any of the concepts that he teaches here, but then he does not present this book as the be-all end-all tome of marketing wisdom. He also doesn’t mince words. There is no fluff here. There is plenty enough here though to start you down the right path. And if you stay the course, implement what you learn and build on it, you will likely join the ranks of the 3% that actually succeed in the network marketing industry.
