I will recommend that you don’t waste any time when you are trying to lose weight, so this means focusing your complete attention toward doing exercise. The number one thing that is going to help you lose weight is actually lifting weights down at your local gym. In terms of cardio I would recommend that you only ever sprint because that is the only form of cardio that will help you to lose weight.
